1. Oral presentation

Time allotted is 10 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
Powerpoint presentations are required.

Do not forget to prepare a regular poster for the poster session for further discussion during poster sessions.

3. Poster

Make sure your posters are within the dimensions of Posters size 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height)-portrait orientation.

Two poster sessions are scheduled as follow:
Wednesday 20 November from 13.00 to 14.00
Thursday 21 November from 13.30 to 14.30.
