JOB@UniTS 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Centenary Edition of Job@UniTS, the event dedicated to connecting students, recent graduates, and the job market, has just successfully concluded. Organized by the University of Trieste with the support of The Office, this event serves as a bridge between academia and the world of work.<\/p>\n

A Bridge Between University and the Job Market<\/strong><\/p>\n

UniTS’ Career Day provided an exceptional opportunity for students and recent graduates to explore career options and engage directly with human resources managers from leading companies in the technology, industrial, scientific, and service sectors. With 58 exhibitors and hundreds of interviews conducted, the event stands out as one of the largest job fairs in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.<\/p>\n

The Importance of Career Guidance and Training<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job@UniTS was preceded by numerous orientation sessions and seminars aimed at preparing participants for in-person interviews. Many candidates also took the opportunity to meet with Fabiana Andreani, also known as “fabianamanager”\u2014a career and guidance specialist\u2014who provided valuable insights and practical advice.<\/p>\n

To be even better prepared, students and recent graduates benefited from the CV CLINIC\u2014a CV check designed to create recruiter-ready resumes\u2014and the Photo Clinic, where a professional photographer and studio setup were available to help give their careers a head start with a perfect profile picture.<\/p>\n

A Memorable Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n

After a day full of interviews, the event concluded with a sunset aperitif accompanied by music, held by the sea at the UniTS piazza.<\/p>\n
