Please note that this is the site for on-line Hotel Booking. On-line registration can be found on different site. Each site requests that you subscribe separately.

From this page you can access our Hotel Booking Form on-line and book a room for the Conference. The deadline for hotel reservations is 31 May, 2001.

Please follow instructions carefully. It takes approximately 5 minutes to complete registration. This site complies with the highest international standards of security.

You can pay either with credit card on-line (Visa, MAstercard) or use the alternative ways of payment mentioned below. Please remember that if you do not pay on-line, you must pay within 10 days from completion of this form otherwise your registration will be cancelled.

Please note that 3rd class hotels, 2nd class hotels and  single rooms in 1st class hotels are no longer available

All prices are indicated in Italian Lire (ITL) and refer to rooms with bathroom/shower and include breakfast and taxes. If there are no longer single rooms available participants will be booked in double rooms used as single. If the hotel class chosen by the participant is no longer available, The Office s.r.l. will book a room in another hotel class.
Please send a deposit corresponding to the price of one night in the chosen hotel class.

Cancellations
Before 23 June, 2001 Reimboursement minus 20% for expenses
After 23 June, 2001 NO Reimboursement

Voucher
After receiving your payment and processing your request, The Office S.r.l. will send you a Voucher indicating the Hotel name and all the reservation details.
Your deposit for the room will be given to the Hotel and will be deducted from your total bill. The Hotel will then issue an invoice when you leave the room and settle the bill.

Further Info
If participants wish to give additional information not envisaged in the standard on-line form (for example name of colleague with whom they wish to share a room, request of additional rooms, etc.) they may send an e-mail to vuv@theoffice.it specifying their request.
