The FEL 2004 and exhibition will be held at the

Exhibition
The exhibition will be held in the main hall at the first floor, just before the entrance to the Conference and Workshop rooms, the poster session will be next to the booths.

Building-up
The building-up will be Sunday, 29 August
from 10.00 till 16.30 hrs
Dismantling
We suggest dismantling on Wdnesday, 1 September
from 14.00 till 19.00 hrs.
Should you like to stay also during the Workshop (Thursday and Friday) dismantling should take place on Friday 3 September
from 14.00 till 19.00 hrs.
Material/boxes dispatch
All materials and boxes should be sent directly to the Congress Centre to the above address. They should be sent from 23 to 27 August; please note that no delivery is made on Saturdays. Please clearly indicate the name of the conference and if this materials should be inserted in the conference bags or belongs to the booth.
Coffee and lunch
Coffee and lunches will be available at the cafeteria of the Congress Centre.
A brochure listing all restaurants and pizzerias in the nearby area will be available at the secretariat desk.
Exhibitor badges
You will find your badge at the registration desk. These badges are to be carried at all times on the exhibition ground.
Hotel Accommodation
The Organizing Secretariat has booked many rooms in different hotel categories at reduced rates. Exhibitors are kindly invited to use our online reservation system http://www.theoffice.it/fel2004/registration to book their room.
