Pre-registration

Participants wishing to register for the Trieste Bivalve Conference and/or the Preconference Aquaculture and Investment Workshop can do so at the conference venue.

Accepted ways of payment
Please note that only payment in cash and cheques  in Italian Lire (no credit card) will be accepted.

Conference registration and pre conference workshop registration fee include participation, coffee breaks, lunch, reception

*Attendance is limited to 80 participants

Cancellations 

Cancellation should be made by sending a written notice to The Office s.r.l.

Before 17 September 2001: refund of fee and/or hotel deposit minus 20% for administrative charges.

After 17 September 2001: no refund is possible

Voucher for hotel reservation

After receiving your payment and processing your request, The Office s.r.l. will send you a voucher indicating the hotel name and all the reservation details. Your deposit for the room will be given to the hotel and will be deducted from your total hotel bill. The hotel will then issue an invoice when you leave the room and settle the bill.

If you want to make changes after you have registered, please send a mail to eastfish@theoffice.it
