§  It is possible to book a room by completing the relevant section on the registration form (Esgurs-ESAU Booking!).
Rooms for the Meeting have been made available at 4*Superior and 4* hotel located in the centre of Trieste. 
Transfers between the hotel and the Meeting Venue will be organized.

§  After completing hotel booking successfully you will receive an e-mail confirmation form.  Print this form, fill in your credit card number and type, the amount, first and last name of the card holder, date of birth, and expiration date.  Fax it to: the office srl  + 39 040 368808

§  This form will only be kept as a guarantee in case of no show as per the Cancellation Policy indicated below. Payment will be done directly at the hotel.

§  In case of no show, the hotel choesen will charge your credit card with the deposit of 1 night  corresponding to your booking (see below)

Attention please!! If no credit card guarantee is received by fax within 3 days from registration, the request for hotel booking will be CANCELLED.
