GENERAL INFORMATION

TRANSFERS

  • For delegates coming by airplane, transfer from and to the airport will be provided. Please fill in arrival and departure details in the registration form (AlpeAdria Register!) or contact the Organizing Secretariat the office alpeadria@theoffice.it

  • Transfers from the hotel to the Meeting Venue will be provided on the Meeting day (July 7th).

  • Both Savoia Excelsior Palace Hotel and the Meeting Venue have parking facilities.

LANGUAGES

  • On the Meeting day (July 7th), simultaneous interpretation of the following languages will be provided: Albanian, Croatian, English, German, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Slovenian.

  • A multilingual hospitality desk will be available starting from July 6th in the afternoon, at Starhotels Savoia Excelsior Palace.

REGISTRATION

  • The current programme may be subject to amendements, depending on the attendance. Please register by clicking AlpeAdria Register! before 1 July 2010. 
    On this page, you can fill in the online registration form and book your hotel accommodation.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

  • Upon registering to the Meeting, you may also book your accommodation at the Starhotels Savoia Excelsior Palace. A credit card guarantee will be requested.
