Registration fees

The deadline for on line registrations expired on 2 April 2010. New registrations will be done at the Congress Centre from Thursday 8 April  (13.00-19.00).

It will be possible to settle the registration fee on site only by cash.

Registration fees
  • Registration fee - until 28 February 2010                                                                  € 216,00
  • Registration fee Under 35 years old - until 28 February 2010                                       € 150,00
  • Registration fee - after 28 February 2010                                                                  € 264,00
  • Registration fee Under 35 years old - after 28 February 2010                                       € 180,00
Accompanying person fees**
  • Accompanying person - until 28 February 2010                                                             €85,00
  • Accompanying person - after 28 February 2010                                                            €100,00

** This fee covers the Welcome Cocktail and the Gala Dinner

Registration fee includes: attendance to Joint meeting UK-ITA. British Peripheral Nerve Society & Gruppo di studio Sistema Nervoso Periferico, the Conference kit, the Welcome Cocktail and the Gala Dinner.

Hotel Accomodation

All hotels are located within walking distance from the Congress Centre.

Note:

  1. Prices are intended per night for one room with bathroom/shower and include breakfast and taxes
  2. Rooms are booked against the payment of the hotel deposit (corresponding to one night in the chosen hotel class). 
  3. After receiving the payment and processing the request the office srl will send a Voucher indicating the hotel name and all reservation details. 
  4. The deposit for the room will be given to the hotel and will be deducted from the total bill.
  5. you have special instructions for invoicing, please inform the hotel accordingly upon your arrival.
  6. If you arrive later than 8 p.m. please inform the hotel accordingly.
  7. In case of no show, the hotel is free to sell the room for the following nights.
  8. If you want to anticipate your departure, you have to pay the whole period you have booked unless you reach a different individual agreement with the hotel. 
  9. If you need to change your booking:
    a)  contact the Organising Secretariat up to 2 days before the event
    b) contact the hotel directly after this date


For students and other colleagues travelling on a limited budget, we offer an individual support to locate budget accomodation opportunities.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation should be made by sending a written notice to the office srl.
Before 28 February 2010: fee and hotel deposit will be reimbursed minus 20% for administrative charges.
After 28 February 2010: no refund is possible.

All reimbursements will be made at the end of the event.
