REGISTRATION

The registration is free of charge. Particpants are kindly requested to send their registration form by 20 October 2009 to the Organizing Secretariat. The form can be downloaded from the website www.theoffice.it/esui09

The registration includes the attendance to scientific sessions, coffee breaks and meeting documents.

CME (Re. 805 - 9030187)

The Meeting has obtained 5 Italian CME Credits (80 participants specialized in Urology, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, General Practice, Gynecology, Imaging).

Credits will be given only to those who have attended 100% of the event.

How to reach Cattinara:

By car:
Take the A4 motorway from Venice-Mestre or the A2 motorway from Tarvisio-Austria, use the Lisert exit and proceed towards the Italian-Slovenian border; pass the Padriciano exit and continue towards Rabuiese, than follow the indications to the Hospital.
