Cancellation deadlines
Cancellation should be made by sending a written notice to the office srl.
Before 15 May 2009: fee and hotel deposit will be reimbursed minus 20% for administrative charges.
After 15 May 2009: no refund is possible.

Successful online registration?
If your on-line registration has been successful you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We are processing the registrations of all participants on a “first come, first served basis” and will answer in due time. Should you not receive a confirmation by mail, please send an e-mail to esdap09@theoffice.it
