· Only Euro (€) are accepted. All prices are per room/night, with bathroom/shower, and include breakfast and taxes.
· Tourist tax Euro 2,40 per day is not included in the room price.
· Requests by phone are not accepted.
Hotel booking
1. After receiving the "Credit card details Form" the office srl will send a Voucher indicating all reservation details.
2. The "Credit card details Form" will be hold as a guarantee for Cancellation policy. Payment will be made directly at the hotel.
3. If you have special instructions for invoicing, please inform the hotel accordingly upon your arrival.
4. If you arrive later than 8 p.m. please inform the hotel accordingly.
5. In case of no show, the hotel is free to sell the room for the following nights.
6. If you want to anticipate your departure, you should pay the whole period you have booked unless you reach a different individual agreement with the hotel.
7. If you need to change your booking:
a)contact the Organizing Secretariat up to 2 days before the event
b) contact the hotel directly after this date
8. Cancellation policy. Any cancellations must be notified in writing by emailing tarnow@theoffice.it or by faxing +39 040 368808 up to 20th March 2012.
