How to book
1. Rooms are booked against the payment of the hotel deposit (corresponding to one night in the chosen hotel class).
2. All payments are to be received in Euro net of all bank charges.
3. After receiving the payment and processing the request the office srl will send you a Voucher.
4. The deposit for the room will be given to the hotel and will be deducted from the total bill
5. If you choose bank transfer, you must send copy of bank transfer by fax (040 368808) or e-mail ecp16@theoffice.it within 10 days from registration. Failure to do so the request for hotel booking will be CANCELLED
TERMS
1. Prices are intended per room/night, with bathroom/shower, and include continental breakfast and taxes
2. Rooms will be allotted on a “first come first served basis”.
3. Requests by phone are not accepted
Students Residence Accommodation
NO MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE
For students and other colleagues travelling on a limited budget, a number of rooms has been reserved at the students Residence of Trieste University at very favourable rates. Booking for these room will be possible before Friday, 29th June 2012.
Rooms are organized as follows: 2 single rooms share a private bathroom with two basins, toilet and shower. Common laundry is available. Cooking is forbidden in any part of the Residence. No air conditioned is provided.
Please show your passport and reservation upon your arrival. You will be handed your room key and a personal badge to access the residence at any time. The Residence lodge is open from 7.30 am to 12.00 pm. However, the Residence is accessible at any time and a door keeper is on duty 24/24.
Rates: Euro 15,00 per night per room. Accommodation will be provided on a “first come, first served” basis. Breakfast is not included.
Payment of all night reserved must be made online or by bank transfer within ten days after reservation and in any case no later than 29th June, 2012.
