· Poster presentation (size: width cm 70 X height cm 100)
Please note that Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book only if you pay your fee before May 10, 2012.
Please consider that a Presenting Author has to be indicated for each contribution, and that each presenting author sholud not present more than one contribution, whether a poster or an oral contribution in an Invited Symposium, Proposed Symposium or Paper Session.

If your on-line Abstract Submission has been successful you will receive a confirmation e-mail from ecp16online@theoffice.it.
Should you not receive a confirmation by e-mail, please send an e-mail to ecp16online@theoffice.it ; (account dedicated to online registration, abstract & symposia submission).
Abstract should be written in English.

Length | max. 150 words |
Title | Times New Roman 12, capital bold |
Authors | Indicate the names of all autors. Times New Roman 12 Capital Bold, name of presenting author should be underlined |
Affilation | Times New Roman 12, italics |
Text | Times New Roman 12, do not use columns, single space |
Symbols | Do not use Greek letters if necessary write the full word (alfa) |
Name of file | SurnameName_code.doc or .docx Code O = Oral P = Poster IS = Invited symposium PS= Proposal symposium Example: SmithJohn_P.doc |
Should abstracts do not follow the above indication, the corresponding author will be informed and asked to send a correct file.
Acceptance letter will be sent by April 10, 2012.
